but what is the BIOS is password protected?

I did the first case, where it says put in the "net user -user-"

Then what do I type, it doesn't say that I can reset the password.

Thanx for the tricks. The last one, the one using BIOS, is great! 'coz most of the times if the user is an expert she/he always brings the other loopholes under their control. So, thanx! :>)

you forgot the * at the end. the whole command runs like
net user mike *
