It seemed like a good idea. For the shake of writing an honest review i decided to give it a test.

I made up a problem myself to consult upon and ringed them. I was greeted by a warm welcome. I told them my problem was my SATA hard disks not being detected after a format. First they asked for my system configuration and then asked me to check in BIOS if my hard disks are present there. I said no.
Then they said that i need to load third part RAID drivers by pressing F6 in the initial part of windows setup. We hung up

I got some other troubleshooting directions also, They had answered it pretty correct. Had i had that problem, it would have been fixed by now.
After sometime they called me back to ask if my problem was sorted out or not (so generous of them). I said NO (Bad me!! but i had to keep the story moving). They asked my PC's model no and told that they'll try to contact the personal at the HCL (Which i told them was my PC's brand) and let me know.




I must say they are pretty Efficient and Helpful. These two qualities together make them quite valuable! They go all the way to help you. Their service is great and friendly.

My story was pretty badly written i am not a good actor either and i think they might have suspected it sometimes, but still they attended my query good way. I Owe an apology to them.
